Rick Hill

Rick Hill works for the Presbyterian Church in Ireland as Discipleship & Leadership Development. He has been in this role for the last 7 years focusing on supporting churches through the development of resources and the training of leaders. Prior to this Rick served for over a decade in youth ministry, some of that time as a schools worker with Scripture Union and also spending several years as a Youth Worker in Carnmoney Church, where he still belongs and is now an Elder.
Rick is the Author of the recently released, “Deep Roots of Resilient Disciples” – a book exploring principles and practices that contribute to long-haul faith. He has a Masters of Applied Theology and has previously taught a series of Evening Classes at Belfast Bible College as well as delivering various lectures in the Ministry Training Centre of Union Theological College. Rick has also contributed to a variety of training courses and conferences across Ireland and beyond, and is passionate about seeing all of God’s people effectively mobilised for mission.
