Personnel and Operations Coordinator
Jill is the College’s Personnel & Operations Coordinator. This role was of particular interest to Jill who had previous experience in HR administration & Facilities Management within the Third sector. She is primarily responsible for the maintenance and development of HR processes, managing reception cover, overseeing Housekeeping and supporting the Director of Operations.
