Becoming an Inter-Cultural Church

The church was multi-cultural from its very birth at Pentecost (Acts 2.5) and will be when the kingdom comes in all its fullness (Rev 7.9). God’s people, the church today, are to embody and witness to this coming kingdom. Our local churches are to welcome the people around us, whatever their background, and increasingly people from many different national and cultural backgrounds are making Northern Ireland their home. In light of these realities this course is for church leaders and representatives wanting to explore what it looks like to journey towards being an inter-cultural church, theologically & practically. Christ-centered communities where people of all cultures and nations can be blessed and a blessing.
