The A–level programme is an advanced one year course in Religious Studies, offering individuals the opportunity to study the Old and New Testaments in greater depth, whilst also encouraging and deepening their faith. The course is a good indicator of academic potential and is widely recognised as an access route to third level education.

Course assessment

Students have three hours of lecture time per week, but should also allow extra time for personal study. The course is assessed through exams and coursework. Exams take place in January and June.
