I couldn’t help but laugh . . .

How did you hear about Belfast Bible College?
Hi! My name is Dustin Fox and I am from America, and I have just arrived at BBC!  One day when I was 17, I was at home checking my email. Life was good. I been on a few mission trips, and by this time in my life I knew that God was calling me to full time mission. I also knew that I was going to need to dedicate a few years of my life to training for ministry, but I had no idea where this would all take place. However, that day as I filtered through my junk mail, something unexpected would occur. I noticed an email entitled: Belfast Bible College. As I read the words “Study Theology In Ireland”, I couldn’t help but laugh. At that moment I really feel God said `Go`! To make a long story short, a year and a half later here I am at Belfast Bible College.

What was your first impression of BBC?
I wasn’t too sure what to expect.  I’d read about how everything worked, I’d seen pictures, and I’d even contacted the college through email and a few conversations over the phone. After spending much time imagining what this place would be like, it was great to finally arrive in person. The people here are so welcoming and nice. It is so much fun living in a cross-cultural community.  One of the things I enjoy the most here is the worship. I have just felt the joy of the Lord in this place  because we are all here seeking God together. This truly is a very special place.

What do you hope to do in the future?
As of now I’m still planning on doing missions full time. I’m not quite sure where, or with what     organization. I’m really content with anywhere, as long as God is calling me there. I also plan on getting married and raising a family. More than anything, I want to change the world!  Right now, I feel like I’m right where I’m supposed to be. I’m just going to try and take it one day at a time, and trust that God will provide in any and every situation.
