Most of our students like to explore the city and country where they are studying. Tucked away in a quiet, wooded surburb in the south of the city, the college is nevertheless within easy reach of everything. It only takes a few minutes to walk into the village of Dunmurry where there is a range of shops and services, a train station and frequent bus service to the city centre and beyond.

Roots go deep in this north eastern corner of Ireland and here you can explore the richness of both Irish and Ulster-Scot culture. Hospitality is a hallmark of the people and there is a beauty to the coastal scenery which will leave you breathless. Local churches are used to receiving students into their fellowship and providing a temporary spiritual home.

There is a buzz about Belfast, the heart of the political, cultural and academic life.
The city also provides an ideal environment for those who want to train in various aspects of urban mission or simply immerse themselves in parish ministry.
With the collapse of the Roman Empire it was the Celtic Church which kept the flame of Christianity burning brightly. In the sixth and seventh centuries its missionaries travelled throughout Europe in their battle against paganism. Ireland was called the 'Land of Saints and Scholars'. We would aspire to follow in their footsteps. Our students find much interest in exploring historical ecclesiastical sites.
